Harassment

1. Conduct, not of a sexual nature, including any gesture, written, verbal or physical act, or any electronic communication (includes text messages and postings on websites or social media), that places a person in reasonable fear of harm to their person or damage to their property, infringes upon rights of personal privacy, has the effect of substantially interfering with a reasonable person's academic performance or ability to participate in opportunities or benefits provided by the University, or has the effect of substantially interfering with the orderly operation of the University.
