All posters, flyers, banners and chalking to be used in any common areas must be approved by the Residence Director. Generally, postings are only allowed if they are educational in nature and/or promoting a Residential Life sponsored event. If a resident wishes to post signage for an event sponsored by a University of Hawai’i affiliated office or program; and/or advertising for a commercial venture, they must do so in compliance with the Posting Policy.
